Capability Statement

Challenge

Brisbuild Group was receiving requests for a capability statement to showcase their capabilities, experience, and who they were. With no existing marketing collateral, they were in need of a document that was clean, simple, precise, and would help them to convert work.

Approach

We held a one-hour interview with Sam from Brisbuild Group to extract all the information required to develop their capability statement, to ensure the document aligned with their business, their team, and their brand. The capability statement covered core competencies, past performance, differentiators, company data, project case studies, and contact details. The document was designed to be clear, simple, and professional to best represent Brisbuild Group in the marketplace. 

Results

Having the capability statement on hand has made proposals much simpler for Sam and his team. With the capability statement accurately representing the business all in one document, the team are saved from continuously recreating emails and other communications, saving time, while presenting a more professional front.  

The document is used regularly when putting in for tenders and quotes and has been key to winning more work.
