Challenge
HLC sought assistance to manage their social media accounts, to;
- Increase enrolments for Semester 2
- Build a NZ-wide audience online
- Increase their social engagement both with students, and the greater community
- Execute all of the above without advertising
Activities
We manage social media marketing for HLC. Monthly we;
- Meet to discuss the month ahead with the HLC Team. We discuss how enrolments are tracking, upcoming events or key dates we can leverage, and review the monthly reports
- Develop social media posts based on insights of the above and schedule for Facebook and Instagram, with custom graphics and hashtags
- Engage in community management to grow their Instagram page organically
- Share a report on the activity for the month to find insights and develop the next month’s plan with data-based decisions.
Results
Over three months…
- Organic Facebook Post engagement increased 99%
- Instagram followers increased by 31% Instagram Engagement increased by 510%
- Brand awareness increased on Instagram from the redesigned grid layout
