Lucia is the creator and author of Nutrition is Medicine – a blog dedicated to holistic health and nutrition. While her content is focused on facts and research, she was challenged with creating new offerings and further engagement with her content.

Approach
Nutrition is Medicine was lacking a clear direction on content and brand purpose. RMH consulting was engaged to define and establish the future of the brand, while creating promotional activities and tools to boost engagement. With a thorough audit of existing digital business materials, our goal was to ensure Lucia can capture and engage her audience to grow her business.
We did this by establishing one-on-one intensive brand workshops to identify strategies to market the brand, grow the audience, and improve efficiencies. We focussed on defining the brand’s core offerings to the market, target audiences, and developed the communications plan to launch and promote these products, which included Nutrition is Medicine seminars.
