Michelle from Dandy Modern Food crossed paths RMH Consulting at a speaking engagement in Melbourne where Rachael was a guest speaker. Based in Malaysia, Michelle was challenged with growing the brands social channels and overall brand awareness and patronage.

Approach

RMH Consulting took on the role of a Marketing Director, to provide Dandy Modern Food with a high-level strategy for the local team to implement that aligns with, and reflects their business goals. Beyond the overarching marketing plans, RMH Consulting provided day to day marketing support on Local Marketing, best practice promotions and offers.

Each month, Michelle meets will RMH consulting to review results, data and the current business situation. From that, RMH Consulting creates a monthly strategy guide for Michelle’s social media team to execute on Facebook and Instagram.
